I also wanted to learn cabling after exams. So I found this great pattern and casted on.
I think this would be a gift eventually cos it's to hot to wear this in this 'sunny island, set in the sea~~'
Ok, i know i have many things to learn 'after exams' and i've done two of them. Not bad huh? :D

Ooooh! Thanks for sharing it. I have some plain scarf yarn that would look great in this. I think I'll knit it on the plane. Hey! Were you able to knit on the plane? I was able to knit to and from Istanbul, but now I'm ripping it all out for reasons unrelated to being on a plane-- just don't like the style.

I actually had a check with the carrier, and they said that we can't bring needles on board. I haven't exactly figured out what to do tho, because I freak at the thought of losing my knitting if I had to check it in separately! :(
